SMARTER RESOURCES, FOR SMARTER BUYERS
Buying a yacht is a big expenditure, and can be an unmitigated disaster if not done carefully.
We’ve purchased 120+ yachts, have owned several and we want you to be the best buyer and owner you can be.
Data That
Tells a Story For You & The Seller
Did you know that it’s possible to know what other buyers have paid for the same boat you’re looking to purchase? Did you also know that it’s more common then not, for boats to be listed close to 20% over what others buyers have paid up to 2 to 3 years ago.

IN PERSON SCOUTING OF THE YACHT YOU’RE CONSIDERING
The only thing more important when buying a yacht then the money, is the time spent doing so. It’s more common then not for photos to be misleading as to the actual condition of the boat so sending a broker to preview the boat before you invest time and money, is an absolute neccessity.
We cannot tell you how many times a client travels with their wife to find fowl smells, poor maintenance and by the time you see that same movie script a few times, send someone else on your behalf. Not only will it kill your momentum and excitement, but it could force you to take an option that is good enough instead of right.
❋
STRATEGIC CHARTERS
Certain people aren’t meant to own a yacht, and that’s ok. We believe buyers need to be comfortable, informed and aware so the best way to do that is by getting out on a boat and experiencing a charter, with charter costs being reimbursed to the eventual purchase.
THE YACHT ZERO BUYERS CLUB
Have you ever noticed that every review of everything online in your research speaks so favorably, but everyone knows the saying the “best two days of owning a boat are the day you buy it, and the day you sell it?
We’ve learned first hand that is unfortunately true for a lot of buyers. To address this, we’ve leveraged buying power for boat buyers of new boats and marine products to not only drive down costs, but to increase collective complaints for better responsiveness.

INTRODUCE A CAPTAIN TO YOUR SEARCH
““Brokers sometimes don’t realize they don’t add value to the technincal or operational aspects for owners as they’re built to overcome objections. Since brokers and captains get along like cats and dogs, sometimes you need a captain’s perspective, and that perspective alone”
— Kevin O, Westport 112”
Captain Ben S
Born in the UK and a career spanning 20 years on sail boats from 70’ to motor yachts north of 130’, he understands how the boat needs to fit the owner, and the crew, expenses and yard periods requires someone who has lived and done it.

Captain Mario C
A former US Marine and a captain for a decade, Mario has leveraged his platform to help owners keep the crew and managers they hire accountable, by implementing a plan as to when work needs to be done, who’s accountable to perform the works and how communication should occur.
Princess V65
Yacht ManagerCaptain Don G
Don has managed over 60 boats on the Pacific coast and finds that owners don’t like their bills once they own the boat and didn’t realize the boat that looks so good at the show, actually has no quality service professionals to work on the boat when it’s in the new home slip.
ARBITRAGE BUYING
You’ve heard the saying that the house always wins? We’ve cultivated a network with various dealers across the globe that require capital to take their trades. Our clients are intercept the boats at the wholesale figures, instead of the taking the boat and reselling it to insulate value.
YACHT DONATIONS
The craziest, most obscure thing we’ve learned over the years is that yachts are donated every year, which gives the donors substantial tax benefits. When the yachts are donated, the charitable organizations that accept them, don’t operate with the required cash reserves to improve them, which means they lease the boat for a period of 3 years with interest free financing, and at conclusion of the term, it is purchased for $1. The boat can be re-assigned at any time, saving you on commission or transaction fees and tremendous value insulation.
Additionally, if you have a vessel and a large capital gain in any given year, donating your vessel leads to a very favorable donation, the elimination of your operating overhead and the opportunity to contribute towards philanthropic initiatives.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or scaling something bigger. Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
-
The answer depends on the vessel you’re considering purchasing.
For smaller crafts, we leverage a network of privately owned vessels that the owners charter to us for a reduced cost or for tax deductions.
For larger crafts, we retain the standard 15% commission from the charter and then apply 50% of the outlaid funds towards the purchase of the ultimate vessel you decide to buy, as we view it as a long term partnership and substantial life time value.
-
We’re never selling a yacht to you, we’re selling us to you. We’ve seen mistakes made on others dimes, we understand that your yacht is supposed to be a special experience and we want to share with you everything you don’t know and don’t know to ask, without us.
-
Yes. We are not in the business of leveraging our years of experience with no guarantee of return, as you could imagine that’s not a winning business strategy. However, we are really well compensated when you ultimately buy, so if we can be coscientious of your time and resources, we have no doubt that is good long term business.
-
We earn 5% of the commission paid by the seller when you buy the boat, rendering our consulting services and value, free. Since our time and resources are not secured, we have to ensure that Mark Zuckerberg isn’t sending us to Fiji just to reveal he’s a 14 year old kid in his parents basement with no financial capacity to ever transact.

Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. We're here to guide the process, bring ideas to the table, and keep things moving. If we don’t deliver value, we don’t expect to earn a dollar. We’re not the most sophisticated, we don’t have the largest presence, nor do we want that. We want clients that are good people, good businessmen that open up additional opportunities beyond one single purchase.
